Tuff Stuff Jerky Company has been making beef jerky in Yuba County since 1983.  We produce natural beef jerky, free of artificial preservatives.  Our approach to making jerky is not only healthier, it's more satisfying.  Beef Jerky packed with sugar and nitrites contain more water and less protein density.  Known for its tuff bite and traditional flavor, we smoke solid strips of beef with hickory wood to make this iconic old western jerky.
Tuff Stuff Jerky Company also produces snack sticks from whole muscle beef and pork.  These sausages are fully cooked, shelf stable and ready to eat.  These small diameter, semi-dry sausage are smoked with hickory wood and have great flavor, with good keeping qualities.
Tuff Stuff Jerky Company does not use MSG. Tuff Stuff Jerky Company beef jerky and snack sticks are wholesome, all American meat snacks with traditional flavors and proven processing techniques.  We hope you will enjoy them as a snack and as fuel for your life..
